As a result\, children in Malta are growing up without a nationality\, in conditions of legal uncertainty and without a realistic pathway to full inclusion in the only society they have ever known. \nThrough this document\, we are proposing a set of targeted\, implementable policy reforms that would align Malta’s legal framework with international standards and contribute to the prevention and reduction of child statelessness. \nWe hope to see you there in solidarity!

DESCRIPTION:Sharlon Pace took over public land on Manoel Island for his padel business\, building on top of important archaeological remains. \nLast Thursday\, the Planning Authority granted him a permit\, effectively sanctioning this illegal development. \nOn Friday 24 July\, we will gather at the entrance to Manoel Island\, in front of the padel courts\, to protest against this obscenity. \nWe’ll start gathering at 6pm\, and the protest will begin at 6.30pm with a walk through Manoel Island. \nThe Prime Minister’s promise was clear: Manoel Island would be returned to the people. Sharlon Pace is not “the people.” \nWe demand that the Prime Minister honour his promise and ensure that any plans for Manoel Island are developed through a holistic approach that safeguards the common good. \nWe have always insisted that Gżira United FC should be given a football ground\, as has been promised for decades. However\, the land now occupied by the padel courts forms part of the site that we\, as the public\, paid €43 million to bring back into public ownership. \nSee you on Friday. DESCRIPTION:The Pride march this year will take place on Saturday 12th September and as we do every year\, Moviment Graffitti will be participating. No judgement. Just Pride. \nThe premises will be open between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm. \nWe would love to meet you there! Come and bring others with you. \nPlease note that unfortunately our premises are located in an old Valletta building with steep steps. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday 4th October\, 4pm at Tritons’ Square\, for the next protest demanding that justice is delivered – not only for Daphne Caruana Galizia’s family but for the people of Malta and Gozo. \nThe fight for justice lives through our everyday words and actions\, and art has the power to inspire action. \nFrom the pen\, to the voice\, to the guitar\, we will gather to show that we will not remain silent in the face of the corruption eating away at our country and the toxic ties between politicians and big business that have led to the assassination of one of our own. Criminality must not find sanctuary in state institutions. \nThe thousands who gathered on the 16th of September demonstrated that the public is unwilling to accept that these issues are forgotten or treated as closed matters. \nYet\, civic action neither begins nor ends with a single demonstration. Democracy requires citizens to remain engaged\, who keep asking questions\, who continue to organize\, and who persist in holding those in power accountable. \nThis protest will take the form of a concert\, featuring various local bands that use music as a means of protest. \nCome and express your anger.
